The schedule
Three days of sun, love and celebration in the hills of Volterra. Nothing is mandatory except the ceremony — come and go as you please.
Saturday 19th June
Cocktails & Sunset Pre-Wedding Drinks
Kick off the weekend with a relaxed sunset cocktail party. Meet the rest of the wedding party over drinks, music and the Tuscan hills.

Sunday 20th June
The Wedding Day
Taylor & Amber get married. The ceremony and reception take place in the beautiful grounds of the venue.
Full schedule will be updated later in the year. We expect the day to begin from 3pm. TBC.
Monday 21st June
Post-Wedding BBQ & Pool Party
No obligation to attend — but to cure those sore heads and wash away the wedding day blues we’re hosting a BBQ & pool party.
Bring your most inventive pool float. Eat some delicious food and enjoy at your own pace. Come and go as you please! We will begin from 1pm.

What should I wear?+
Anything guests feel comfortable in. Garden party wear night one. Formal on wedding day — no white. Pool party — whatever you slept in, basically, or your favourite swim suit. Lots of grass and uneven surfaces so bear this in mind for footwear! Bring flipflops for a late night boogie.
Will the ceremony and wedding be outside?+
Yes — the ceremony and full wedding will be outside. We’ll have fans and water at every seat to keep everyone comfortable.
Children?+
We love your little ones, but this is an adults-only weekend so everyone can truly relax and celebrate. If you need a trusted local sitter recommendation, just let us know.
Dietary needs?+
Tell us on the RSVP form — every dish has a vegetarian alternative, and we’ll handle allergies and gluten-free with the chef.
Gifts?+
Your presence is the only gift we need. If you would like to give something, a card box will be available — any contribution to our honeymoon will be quietly cherished.
Weather?+
Late-June in Tuscany is glorious: 26–30 °C by day, soft warm evenings. We’ll post the week-of forecast on the Updates page.
Transfers?+
We’ll be arranging transport for all guests on the wedding day so you can relax and enjoy every moment. We’re also looking into options for the day before, so check back for updates.
